Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra

This relates to me perfectly. In some situations I am the sane one, or logical one, leading others to believe I am some sort of madness incarnate. Other times I see so-called sane behaviour and feel ‘OMG what is going.’ And then the last part is what I constantly relate to. Which may or may not always be a good thing. I don’t want to always see the world as it is. I want to see it multidimensionally. I want to see it as the length and breadth of a body I chose to have coffee with, cook with, kiss with, make love to and watch the green grass facing caifun by the wind and the stars and the oceans and brown earth with. I want the world to be an intimate star that makes the sun envious and the moon happy to embrace.

I have been playing this game for almost a year now and I really love it! It’s actually requires some smarts as each cat is different and each situation yields different results. I even consulted a walkthrough after playing it for more than 6 months to learn more on what I can do to acquire more cats. It’s a good, fun game to play. Not to mention cute animations and all that!

Don’t Love Me Because I’m Beautiful

Nowadays, we usually contrast beauty and faith. As in what we consider attractive or sensual as something more corporeal than spiritual. The complex web of beauty, attraction and love is not always categorisable. And in this poem, whether it was intentional or not, CaptainQ shows how beautiful can also be someone’s vulnerable hand clutched around a rosary 🙂

Tosha Michelle

Reminds me of Marianne Williamson’s “Our Greatest Fear” especially the last part where she says when we light our own lights we unconsciously give permission for others to do so. That poem makes me cry and this poem made me marvel at Tosha’s soul and intelligence. I wish one day I can come up with something like these too 😀

constellate cogitate

I was a star caught in the slight tears
of a mourning universe
no one liked his black face
they adored him only when they could see
his nipples and his waist
to the question of his phallus
they conspired to constellate it within some bondage
and when he became a woman
his breast planets were made to fulfill jiggle fetish
and from this tear I flung out as a generous comet
who mated with a planet
and became a moon on some distant galaxy

and what planet did I orbit you ask?
the soul-cognito of my own birth.—

breakdowns to newer hope

leave me in this androgyne fever; your normalcy is a cool plated castration
wearing the dials of the sun and attempting to slice the moon from its cresecnce
to a glossy enamel clip — I am but wasted on the youth of futility and destruction
— my ancient soul is not superior yet mistake it not as an inferior: the psalms in my palms
in the fibrous iron of my blood is the alchemist who knew the myogenic heart and soul
with the stamina thunder as the ultimate reaction. Your song is a syllable; a vacuum imitating a sound. My song is cosmic; still under the tutelage of lives waiting to cocoon and pupate into genesis.—

Beyond The Bunny Trail

This poem talks about a selfish person; actually, a selfish lover who instead of encouraging creativity puts you down and also calls out your sex “inferior” thus well is a bad lover or love in general. Tosha skillfully creates an ambience both astringent and filled with warm yet vivid images. It’s hard to explain the brilliance of the ambience as it is both cold and chilly then all warm and supple; like a crescendo or temp of tactile beats (found some words). Enjoy readers 🙂

Everything I Never Told You

Today I hide out in the linen closet.
as I feel the white picket fence closing
in around me.

I ghost dance on the pins and needles
agitating my brain

I count years in the darkness
I lie alone in the nest I made.

The hunted one still haunts
my body.

For a moment my organs swim
with him in our ocean of options wrong.

I recall reaching out once,
only to be stung by the air

How many times have I
rightfully swallowed my
spirit restless view?

Thinking my destiny belongs
to the lamplight; soft shapes
and gentle hues.

Here’s there’s no one to decode
my heart’s message and judgement
taste like martyr and Easter morning

But what I really want is delicious
Cadbury Caramel Eggs. Silk sheets.
Sex and lace.

What would happen if I tore
the linen closet’s door down,
demolished the fence, ripped my
good girl…

Leap Day 2016

Makes sense when the solar system be like yo Gregorian calendar this beo for rounding me up and ignoring my decimals. Well I learned something new today 😀

Time & Memories by Azzara

Leap Day is on Monday, February 29, 2016.

Why do we have leap years? A leap year, where an extra day is added to the end of February every four years, is down to the solar system’s disparity with the Gregorian calendar.

A complete orbit of the earth around the sun takes exactly 365.2422 days to complete, but the Gregorian calendar uses 365 days.

So leap seconds – and leap years – are added as means of keeping our clocks (and calendars) in sync with the Earth and its seasons.

See you in next four year ok. [阿扎]
